    Effective teams pull in the same direction; they pursue common goals, complement one another’s skills and take joint responsibility for results.

    A good example is an orchestra. Everyone must master their craft; it is all about precision and discipline. The focus is always on the whole. In every new performance, the team strives for excellence. Not everyone can play first violin, but everyone is important to the overall composition.

    Even in long-established teams, things do not always run smoothly, but problems become apparent even more frequently when teams change in size or composition – whether due to redundancies, new hires or the merging of teams.

    There are many different formats that can be used for team development. Intensive one-day workshops and workshops spread over two separate days have proven effective. The first session is dedicated to understanding the current situation, whilst the second session is used to jointly agree on the rules for future collaboration.

    • What unites us, and what are our shared goals?
    • How do we interact with one another, and how do we communicate?
    • How do we see ourselves as a team?
    • Who is responsible for which area?
    • Who takes responsibility for what?

  • Healthy Career: Self-Management@Work – FFH Academy Workshop

    I am offering this half-day course in partnership with the FFH Academy.

    The venue is the FFH Medienhaus in Bad Vilbel. So not only will you get a top-class workshop, but you’ll also experience the special atmosphere at Hesse’s most-listened-to radio station.

    In this half-day workshop, you’ll analyse how you currently manage your resources – and where you’re losing energy without realising it. You’ll develop your own personal energy plan for your day-to-day work and learn specific self-regulation techniques that you can put into practice straight away.

    No productivity hype. No obsession with optimisation. Just an honest half-day session that shows you how to maintain your performance in the long term – as a whole person.

And you’ll leave with a personalised action plan – for the situations you encounter most frequently in everyday life.
