Consistency is the basis for everything else in fitness training. Those who do not train regularly will not achieve lasting progress.

But even those who go to the gym three times a week or work out at home may be doing more harm than good to their bodies. Especially those of us who sit a lot during work have often developed muscular imbalances that pose a significant risk of injury if trained incorrectly.

Consistency therefore requires a way to permanently integrate strength training into everyday life and then make the best possible use of training time in terms of training goals.

Progression is the second most important requirement for successful training after consistency. Our bodies adapt to training loads and therefore need to be challenged again and again. However, this should only be done when all the muscles, tendons and ligaments involved are ready. Adding one more weight to your bench press could bring you closer to the orthopaedist than to your goal.

My personal training offer includes the following services (example schedule):

  • 30-minute virtual anamnesis meeting to get to know you, understand your daily routine, your goals and your current training regime.
  • 60 minutes of training observation in a gym, with video analysis and instruction for individual exercises on request.
  • Realistic plan creation for the next 12 months (macrocycle) as well as exercise selection and training parameters for a 3-month mesocycle.
  • 60 minutes of training observation of the new plan.

The on-site observations can take place at a gym in Frankfurt and the surrounding area.
