  • Group event (also open groups): Forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku (3 hours)

    If you want to reduce stress, open your senses or simply get in touch with nature, then you’ve come to the right place.

    Forest bathing / Shinrin Yoku originated in Japan. What may sound esoteric at first has been well researched in terms of its health benefits. Just two hours a week in the forest can increase your sense of well-being.

    I regularly combine the exercises with two other concepts that also originated in Japan.

    • Ikigai is a term that stands for harmony and sustainability. Ikigai is characterised, for example, by finding joy in small things and focusing on the here and now. Many people have forgotten how to do this due to the sensory overload of everyday life.
    • Nagomi is also a central component of the Japanese philosophy of life, describing a feeling of lightness, emotional balance, well-being and tranquillity.

    All three concepts have significantly influenced the green component of the AnimaCorpo coaching approach, which aims to achieve the right balance between things.

  • Package – Personal Training: Best use of your precious time (3 hours)

    You don’t have time for sport? Sport is not enjoyable? You’re not achieving the desired results? It doesn’t have to be that way!

    Strength training is an important component of physical and mental health. It provides self-awareness and can boost self-confidence. However, for successful self-change, it must also be done regularly and purposefully! Would you like a concept that is suitable for everyday use, compatible with your job and effective?

    Consistency is the basis for everything else in fitness training. Those who do not train regularly will not achieve lasting progress.

    But even those who go to the gym three times a week or work out at home may be doing more harm than good to their bodies. Especially those of us who sit a lot during work have often developed muscular imbalances that pose a significant risk of injury if trained incorrectly.

    Consistency therefore requires a way to permanently integrate strength training into everyday life and then make the best possible use of training time in terms of training goals.

    Progression is the second most important requirement for successful training after consistency. Our bodies adapt to training loads and therefore need to be challenged again and again. However, this should only be done when all the muscles, tendons and ligaments involved are ready. Adding one more weight to your bench press could bring you closer to the orthopaedist than to your goal.

    My personal training offer includes the following services (example schedule):

    • 30-minute virtual anamnesis meeting to get to know you, understand your daily routine, your goals and your current training regime.
    • 60 minutes of training observation in a gym, with video analysis and instruction for individual exercises on request.
    • Realistic plan creation for the next 12 months (macrocycle) as well as exercise selection and training parameters for a 3-month mesocycle.
    • 60 minutes of training observation of the new plan.

    The on-site observations can take place at a gym in Frankfurt and the surrounding area.

    Do you have an important interview coming up, such as a job application or promotion interview, but you’re not sure how to sell yourself there?

    These and similar questions are often asked in interviews. There is no right or wrong. It’s more about evaluating certain aspects of the answer.

    In my professional career, I have accompanied many such processes, as an interviewer, as an interviewee or in preparation for other interviewees.
