My working-method

You are important!

This guiding principle is at the heart of my work.

The AnimaCorpo coaching style is personal, trusting and draws on elements from recognised coaching methods that are suitable for your specific issues.

You decide how we proceed!

More about the coaching-style

The four flowers and four colours were not chosen at random. They represent the four components of structure, balance, focus and inspiration.

Structure means creating clarity, analysing and planning. This enables serenity, inner peace, but also self-confidence, as things are under control. When we work on structure, we ensure that your priorities are set in such a way that you have time for the things that are important to you.

Balance means giving space to several important things instead of giving priority to one thing, for example, maintaining contacts or living healthily alongside work, exercising and sleeping well. Working on balance can mean actively seeking balance, but it can also help you to be more satisfied with what you already have.

Focus means motivating yourself, gathering strength and demonstrating determination, for example, to make a career change or improve your performance. When we work on focus, we identify your strengths and find out how you can best use them.

Inspiration means developing your potential, growing personally and creatively seeking ways to find more meaning, joy and zest for life. Working on inspiration enables you to realise your values and your vision for life.

The colours are based on various personality models, with blue and green often representing introverted traits and red and yellow representing extroverted traits. However, my aim is not to assign you to a category, but to address your unique situation.
